The Broken Clock

I'm Sparky. A broken clock kept jumping ahead, so I raced beneath it trying to catch the missing minutes. I only made myself dizzy. Then a sun patch reached my paw and moved across the rug in its own gentle rhythm. The clock stayed broken, but the day did not.
